With shattered hearts, we announce that Wesley “Wes” Howard Williams, 46, of Belle Center, passed from this Earth into God’s Kingdom on May 24, 2026, surrounded by his loving family after a long and courageous battle with melanoma. He fought with unwavering strength and grace until the Lord ultimately called him home.
Wes leaves behind his devoted wife of 22 years, Keala, and their two beautiful daughters, Cheyane Braelyn Williams and Shelby Shay Williams, whom he loved beyond measure.
Wes was a family man in every sense of the word. His greatest pride and joy was the family he built and cherished. Not a single day went by that he didn’t give 110% to his girls. He was the perfect husband and father — the kind who filled the role of “girl dad” with absolute devotion, teaching kindness, courage, strength, and perseverance. He loved watching every sporting event, every academic achievement, and every milestone, never missing a chance to support his daughters in every way possible.
Somehow, Wes always knew how to juggle life with three girls while keeping his sanity among all the hair products, shoes, and endless laundry. He always had the answers, always knew how to fix the day, and always found a way to make dreams come true.
Wes was loved by all who knew him. He had a gift for laughter and was known as a goodnatured prankster among his coworkers, who quickly became like family. A dedicated and meticulous worker, Wes never stopped until the job was done — and done to perfection.
His life was filled with countless memories, adventures, and moments of joy. He loved traveling to new places, trying new things, and learning at every opportunity. To his wife and daughters, there will never be a greater man. He was the steady in the storm, the calm in the chaos, and the smile that could save any day.
He will be missed more deeply than words can ever express.
Pastor John Watkins will officiate a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Eichholtz & Daring Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be three hours prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in Roundhead Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Edward Jones for the Williams Family, 115 W. Columbus Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311. The account was created to support Wes’ family during this difficult time.
