Vonnie S. Sabic

Vonnie S. Sabic, 66, of Columbus, passed away Thursday evening, February 15, 2024, at Hospice of Central Ohio, Newark.

Vonnie was born in Bellefontaine on February 26, 1957, to Albert O. Yeager and the late Della (Knox) Scott.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, Albert Yeager.

Vonnie is survived by her husband Eugene Sabic, of Columbus; children: Stephanie Driscoll of Bellefontaine, Nathaniel Patterson of Texas, Jason (Tina) Patterson of Texas, and Mandy (Daniel) Bensman of Bellefontaine; her father Albert O. Yeager of Bellefontaine; numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren; 3 brothers: Charles (Stephanie) Yeager, Donnie Scott, Dougie Scott; and several nieces and nephews.

Vonnie enjoyed crafts, coloring, and spending time with her family.   She loved her 2 furry companions, her dogs Rowdy and Baby.

A celebration of Vonnie’s life will be held Sunday, March 10, 2024, from 11am to 1pm at the Bellefontaine Eagles, 213 W. Chillicothe Ave. Bellefontaine.  Burial will be at a later date in Huntsville Cemetery.
