Virginia Elliott

Virginia Lee Elliott, 69, of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee passed away at home Sunday, December 30, 2012. She was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio June 13, 1943, to the late Ralph R. and Mildred V. Gildow Williams, Sr.

Virginia is survived by her children: Joni Cochran and Jami Porter, both of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and Joe Elliott of Indianapolis, Indiana; grandchildren Jennifer Kay (Daniel) Wells and Michael Porter, Jr.; her brother Ralph R. “Rea” (Kathy) Williams, Jr. of Bellefontaine; a nephew Nicolas Williams, and her ex-husband Dan Elliott of Marion, Ohio.

Virginia was employed at the UPS Store in Mt. Juliet as a customer service associate. She loved to bowl and was a member of several leagues the past few years. She enjoyed collecting Longaberger baskets and Boyd’s Bears. Virginia was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and enjoyed watching football and basketball. Shopping was also a favorite pastime of hers.

Pastor Gene Marine will officiate the funeral service at the Eichholtz Funeral Home in Bellefontaine Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. with visitation two hours prior. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
