Shannon Boyer

Shannon Boyer, age 49, of Quincy, Ohio passed away at 8:27 a.m. Monday, December 7, 2020 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

She was born October 18, 1971, a daughter of Ronald Lee and Donna Jean (Powers) Martz.

In addition to her parents, Shannon is survived by her ex-husband, Marc Boyer and their two daughters, Shelby (Aaron) Hackley and Eleanor “E” Boyer; five grandchildren, Jaxon, Elizzabeth “Hootsie Tootsie”, Grant, Alexander and Sam; a sister, Choy (Dean) Sanford and her special pets, O.J., Smokey and Lexi.

Devoted to her family, friends, and work, Shannon was a 1990 graduate of Indian Lake High School. She was also a member of the Huntsville Presbyterian Church. Per Shannon’s wishes, she was a donor of the “gift of sight”.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine, where Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate the funeral service at 6:00 p.m.

Inurnment will be in the Huntsville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine is honored to serve the Boyer family.
