Ronald L. Pusey, 88, of West Liberty, passed away peacefully at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, January 23, 2023, at his home.
A celebration of life open house will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at the Lion’s Park Shelter House in West Liberty.
