Jerome J. "Jerry" Walker

Jerome "Jerry" Walker, 81, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 3:32 a.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center at Ross Heart Hospital. He was born in Dunmore, Pennsylvania on July 24, 1944, to the late Josephine (Kostantewicz) Walker

On September 23, 1967, he married the love of his life, Donna (King) Walker, and she preceded him in death on June 30, 2017. Jerry was also preceded in death by an infant grandson, Ryan Zumstein, and son, Terry Walker

He is survived by his daughter, Tina Walker; grandchildren, Allen Joseph "AJ" Zumstein, Elizabeth "Ellie" Walker, and Brayden and Micah Hackley-Walker.

Jerry graduated from Elk Lake High School in Dimock, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed golfing and hunting and belonged to several clubs, including the 664th AC&W Reunion Committee and museum, which was especially meaningful to him.

In keeping with Jerry's wishes, no public services will be held. Burial will take place privately at South Union Cemetery in West Liberty.
