James Richard Conklin, 90, of Sidney, passed away Friday afternoon, March 21, 2025, at Versailles Rehab & Healthcare Center, Versailles, Ohio.
At his request, there will be no viewing or funeral services. A private burial will take place at Huntsville Cemetery.
