Gary Alan Stevens

Gary Alan Stevens, 73, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. He was born in Kenton, Ohio on May 9, 1950, to the late Stanley Dwight and Marcella (Highland) Stevens. He is also preceded in death by his son, Benjamin L. Stevens and sister, Sharon D. Johnson.

On September 14, 1970, he married Beth (Zimmerman) Stevens in Belle Center, Ohio and she survives.

He is also survived by his daughter, Heather E. (David) Karr; granddaughter, Hannah Karr; grandson, Nathaniel Karr; brothers-in-law: Doug (Libby) Zimmerman and Randy Johnson; and many nieces and nephews.

Gary was known as Husband, Daddy, Grampy and Friend. From his daily coffee with friends and breakfast with Beth at the Homecoming, Gary created a sense of community wherever he went. He was a family man who will be deeply missed.

There will be a visitation on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring and Sanford Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 321 N Main Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
