Evelyn V. Kale, 85, formerly of Belle Center, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016. She was born in Bradford, Pennsylvania on April 5, 1930 to the late Frank and Victoria (Orlando) Pessia.
On May 6, 1983, Evelyn married Herbert E. Kale, and he preceded her in death on July 7, 1997. She was also preceded in death by two children; Ronald J. Ruth and Cynthia L. Mahon; a sister, Mary Lindsey; and two brothers, Frank and Donald Pessia.
Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Karen E. (Bob) Wallo; four grandchildren, Lanie Mahon, Janell Jayes, Aaron Wallo, and Deanna Wallo-Whipp; two great grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren; and two brothers, Phillip and Dennis Pessia.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 306 N. Elizabeth Street, Belle Center. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Belle Center, Ohio.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home in Belle Center.
