Ernest Forrest Boyer

Ernest F. Boyer, 82, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 7:20 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023, at Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on February 20, 1941, a son of the late Forrest "Penn" Boyer and Helen B. (Weaver) Boyer.

Ernest is survived by two children, Michael (Kristy) Boyer, and Brandy (Michelle) Boyer; seven grandchildren; six step grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and his former wife, Lilly Scott. In addition to his parents, Ernest was preceded in death by his son, Ernie “Peewee” Boyer.

Ernest had worked as a self-employed scrap dealer.

Pastor Bryan Meadows will officiate a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023, at Huntsville Cemetery in Huntsville, Ohio.
