Deborah L. Sheriff

Deborah L. Sheriff, 74, of DeGraff, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, in Ayden Health Care of Belle Springs, Bellefontaine.

She was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 20, 1949, the daughter of the late Charles Ray and Sarah T. (Grandawful) Puterbaugh.

On January 25, 1967, she married James A. Sheriff, Jr., and he preceded her in death on August 9, 2018.

She is survived by three sons, James A. (Cara Wolfe) Sheriff III, Rick A. (Tami) Sheriff, and Andrew C. Sheriff, 7 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and a sister, Cheryl Rutherford.

Deborah worked as a homemaker raising her family.  She loved cooking and baking and enjoyed shopping and traveling, her favorite destination being Florida.

There are no planned services.
