David R. Pullin

David R. Pullin, 57, of West Liberty, passed away at 5:48 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Otterbein Green Hills Senior Life Community in West Liberty. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 3, 1968, to the late Keith and Goldie (Grindle) Pullin.

David is survived by his brother, Thomas (Cheryl) Pullin; special niece and ice cream buddy, Crystal (Robert) Pennywitt; nieces and nephew, Keith Pullin, Angela (Mike) McCaffrey, and Rebecca (Craig) Simpson.

Along with his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Pullin.

As a young man, David was a Boy Scout and attended Southeastern High School. He loved hiking, fishing, and gardening, and once spent two weeks hiking the Appalachian Trail with his brother, Donald. David also enjoyed astrology and computer science. Strong-willed and courageous, he faced life's challenges with determination and never gave up.

The family extends a special thank-you to Mad River Dialysis and the staff at Otterbein Green Hills for their exceptional care.

The family will hold a celebration of David's life at a later date.
