Connie Sue Sooter-Andrews

Connie Sue Sooter-Andrews, 61, of Bellefontaine, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026, in Ayden Health Care of Belle Springs, Bellefontaine.

She was born in Lima, Ohio on June 7, 1964, the daughter of the late Jerry and Lois (Searfoss) Stegal. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Zachary Lattimer. 

She is survived by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Andrews, her three children, Travis (Jamie) Lattimer, Dustin (Nikki) Lattimer, Sierra Johnston, her grandchildren, Jazmyn, Tyson, Malia, Emily, AJ, Kyle, Brenden, Destiney, Devon, Mariah, Feenix, and Maizey, two brothers, Jerry (Margareta) Stegal and Wade (Zoe) Stegal, and several nieces and nephews.

Connie loved to sing karaoke and was a football fan. Her teams included the Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Burial will be private in Fairview Cemetery, West Liberty, and the family is planning a celebration of life service in the near future.
