Betty D. Stiver, 67, of Sidney, Ohio passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at The Pavilion in Sidney. She was born in Sidney, Ohio on April 7, 1948 to the late Edward and Ellen Arabelle (Grube) Stiver.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2015 in Greenwood-Union Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio.
